King Soopers #88 – 17031 Lincoln Ave, Parker, CO
Core & Saw Concrete Cutting & Core Drilling
Whether you need small openings for utility installations or deep drilling for industrial purposes, we deliver professional results tailored to your need.
Our team recently completed a multi-faceted project at King Soopers #88 on Lincoln Avenue in Parker, Colorado. The work involved precision concrete cutting and removal of concrete slabs, as well as new construction and targeted upgrades to enhance the store’s functionality and safety.
We began by cutting trenches for plumbing and electrical lines using saw cutting and concrete sawing techniques. Once the utilities were in place, we performed a pourback, carefully pouring the concrete back to match the surrounding slab. Additionally, we demolished an existing concrete ramp as part of our flatwork scope and constructed a new ramp by forming and pouring fresh concrete that meets current accessibility standards.
For the new trash enclosure that houses the compactor, we handled every phase from dirt excavation and foundation forming to pouring footers and building masonry CMU walls. Our scope included core drilling and GPR scanning to ensure we avoided existing utilities during excavation. We also replaced the storefront sidewalk and installed sturdy bollards for pedestrian and storefront protection, showcasing our ability to integrate structural and safety enhancements in a single project.
Throughout the job, we leveraged concrete scanning and precision concrete cutting to protect existing infrastructure, and we executed the concrete replacement work to a high standard. From the careful forming of foundations to the installation of bollards, our crew delivered a durable and functional upgrade that improves both the appearance and operation of the site.
