WIRE SAWING

Core & Saw began operations in Texas, Colorado over 15 years ago. During our work, we have significantly increased the range of services provided, and formed a professional and hardworking team of true masters of their craft. Wire saw cutting is one of our consistently performed types of work. Many customers come to us with various questions regarding concrete, and in particular, its sawing. Cutting concrete with a wire saw is in many cases the best way to solve such problems. The use of this equipment allows you to quickly cut or dismantle the most dimensional and large structures of various shapes.

Diamond wire cutting is done by pulling a flexible cutting tool through various hard materials. Using this method, you can saw reinforced concrete, masonry, metal structures and other objects. This technology is relatively silent and creates a minimal amount of vibration. If you cut concrete with a wire saw, you can create openings in thick walls (over 40 inches) and do this by positioning the equipment on one side of the wall.

Sawing concrete structures using this equipment allows you to achieve excellent results due to the fact that:

  • the noise level during such work is much lower than when using circular saws;

  • it is possible to achieve a thinner and more accurate cut. Diamond wire sawing is used even in scientific laboratories using special high-precision equipment;

  • the surrounding space is practically not polluted, because while cutting concrete with a wire saw, a stream of water is supplied to the working area. This reduces tool wear and also contributes to quieter operation;

  • vwire saw - a tool that can be used for non-standard sawing. Through a pulley system, you can organize the movement of the cutting rope along the path you need. The possibilities of cutting with diamond wire are much wider than using other sawing equipment;

  • the cut remaining after the work is smooth and even, requiring no additional processing. This significantly speeds up and simplifies the solution of the construction problem as a whole.

The disadvantages of this method of sawing include not the highest speed of work, when compared with how this can be organized using circular saws. But the differences in time are not so significant, and the advantages of sawing with diamond wire are obvious, which is why this method is so popular among our clients.

Where do we work

Starting out in Colorado, we eventually expanded to Utah and Wyoming. We can repair, build and dismantle concrete structures, we will do it in a short time, efficiently and comfortably for you.
Another advantage for Core&Saw clients is our work schedule. We accept your calls and place orders 24/7, regardless of weekends and holidays. This is very convenient if you need cutting with diamond wire as quickly as possible. Our company always meets halfway needs for its clients, trying to organize the departure and work of Core&Saw craftsmen right on the day of your request (or in the very near future).
